SYNOPSIS: When the Great War broke out, countries drew up walls to keep themselves safe. England's monarchy found its guns again and each shire fought for a chance to live. Notthinghamshire fared badly except for the new Earl who had the ear of the new king. His deputy rules Nottingham and plots to destroy any opposition to him as he fills his treasury with the profit of Nottingham.
