My week is off to a good start, I have plans for my interview tomorrow and am about to buy some new luggage for my trip at the end of the month. Think good thoughts for me tomorrow at 1 pm. Today's question for [community profile] snowflake_challenge is one that I find interesting.

Day 5

In your own space, talk about your fannish origin story. How did you come to fandom, why did you choose your fannish name, do you have more than one secret identity?

Fandom's always been there for me even though I didn't truly understand what it was that I was connecting to until college.

As a little girl, I fell in love with Paul Creswick's Robin Hood, the N.C. Wyeth illustrations pulled me into a different world. Robin Hood is still that touchstone story for me, I get annoyed at retellings I don't like, but love talking about what works and what doesn't. At the same time and earlier, I was reading through and having read to me the Narnia books. There was a day camp I went to where a part of every day was being read to. This wonderful man named King who had a deep voice and a beard read the Narnia books, that was where I learned the love of sharing books with others. Also at this same time, I was watching Star Trek: The Next Generation, which combined with Robin Hood inspired my first works of fanfic. Will Scarlett ending up on the Enterprise and being friends with Wesley Crusher through weird magic. I used to write in the back of my school notebooks, have the notebook open, flip to the back and write stories there then turn to the notes when I needed to take them. In a box, I still have these old school notebooks and later all the journals people gave me full of words.

At the age of twelve, I went to this wonderful summer program, Longacre where another world of interacting and creating opened up to me through playing Dungeons & Dragons. My first character and still the only one I've ever played in D&D was a half-elf bard and I made up a backstory for her that my GM liked so much, she started at level 5. That GM taught me that its possible to step into a world with words and that dice and all are beside the point, he also lent me R.A. Salvatore books to show me how rich the D&D world was. I was also taking theater classes and thinking about the importance of background, how even if you don't hear the details, every character has their backstory.

By the time I started doing LARPing and entered the World of Darkness, the idea of being able to write a history for my character was natural. The World of Darkness showed me a wider way of interacting as there were rulebooks, novels, pins, all this wonderful stuff that came along with this world. Then the internet was there and I could see other fans, I once even tried RPing in the offical Star Trek chatroom like set ups.

In college, I found Harry Potter and then an amazing friend showed me how to find fanfiction and I had that moment of oh, this is home. In the midst of writing papers, I would spend time on the Sugarquill while I ran my own Changeling: the Dreaming LARP and tabletop game. In my creative writing classes, I tried to slip the fantasy of Changeling: the Dreaming into my work. It only partly worked, Fangirl perfectly captured how some teachers don't get fantasy or fanfiction.

From that same friend after college, I was told about [community profile] milliways_bar and learned that I could actually roleplay my favorite fandom characters. I began with Will Scarlett and now play ten characters. Milliways brought me friends who shared where they wrote and suddenly I was sharing my own fanfiction, first on my LJ, then later on Ao3 and participating in Yuletide, Narnia Fic Exchange, Ineedmyfics and ficathons.

My user name ceitfianna was created my sophomore year of college, my partner at the time had an LJ invite code. I thought it might be a good way to keep in touch while studying abroad in Greece. Ceit is the Scots Gaelic spelling for my first name, Kate, and one of the few languages I've found where I can find my name as it is. I'm a plain Kate, where its not short for anything. Fianna is the name of a mythic tribe of warriors in Ancient Ireland and a werewolf tribe from Werewolf: the Apocalypse. I honestly don't recall exactly why I decided to combine them, but its stuck and is how I'm known on LJ, DW and Twitter.

On Archive of our Own, my name [archiveofourown.org profile] FiKate is a reference to my AIM screenname which was the name of a character from a Werewolf: The Apocalypse game that only lasted one summer; Fiona. In Milliways, a huge amount of interaction happens in a chat room and since my screenname is Fiona, I was dubbed Fi. Yet there are Milliways' people who call me Kate and when I was creating my Archive of our Own name, I thought that I would combine them.

My Tumblr name on the other hand is something different as I didn't know how much it would connect to other areas of my life. Its [tumblr.com profile] atthelamppost as I'm currently feeling at a crossroads while I try to figure out a way to do what I love and be paid for it. Its inspired by Narnia, which is one of my oldest fandoms and one that I'm still a bit weird about. I haven't read The Last Battle, because when I was about eleven or twelve, I decided I didn't want the series to end. I'm 33 and still haven't read even though a little while ago, my father read through the entire series for the first time. Maybe I will someday. I've also considered getting a tattoo of the lamppost as an iconic image for me.

The last name I have online is for my librarian/professional blog, that I really need to update which is called [wordpress.com profile] nurturingstories. This is because I consider myself a storyteller and a good teacher and librarian is all about stories. We all have our own stories and children's stories need to be nurtured to allow them to grow.
ceitfianna: (dream of a fantail)
Tomorrow afternoon, evening and part of Wednesday, I'm going to be spending at [personal profile] dodger_sister's. The plan is watching movies, talking mainly about writing, dinner and taking full advantage of the delicious AC in her place. I was feeling better today but my rather nice dinner ended up not staying where it should, I'm not happy. My sleep schedule's off again, last night I didn't get to sleep until six and the night before my coughing woke me up at six. Tonight I hope for a fairly solid night's sleep, though the fact the weather's gotten hotter again probably will make it trickier.

Good things have been happening, I figured out what I need to do for canceling various services before moving, I had a fantastic conversation with my family. My parents are babysitting my nieces and my sister is down there as well, that meant the phone conversation was full of everything. The nieces talked about Wonderstruck, my sister raved about her Mac, she's finally getting actually digitally connected, books with my father and just general health and planning with both parents. It's weird to think that they'll be here in about a week and by August I'll be out of Michigan. For context, my sister is in her older 40s and she's had email and access to computers but it never really stuck for her. This has worried me and my family as she's wanted to change jobs and it seemed like things were passing her by, but she sounded excited and asked for my help. I look forward to what I can do for her. A lot of things in her life have been moving forward and it makes me so happy to see it. Oh and I've been acquiring some good music of late, a Wallflowers' cd, Tori Amos' To Venus and Back, The Dark Knight soundtrack, that one's fully [personal profile] adiva_calandia and [personal profile] lienne's fault <33s and then one called Songs of the Civil War with a lot of good artists I know. I'm going to be enjoying a few of these on my drive tomorrow and at other points.

This coming week is going to be quite chaotic with Art Fair and many shifts, which is why I'm going for a break. I'll have my laptop and phone, so will definitely be doing some tagging, I just won't be on as much as I normally am.

If you'd like five topics just comment with five or something like that for me.

Now for the last round of five topics, this time from [personal profile] innerbrat:

1. Children's literature.
I love children's literature from picture books to young adult stuff. It's amazing how much the concept of children's literature has changed since I was a girl in the 80s, 90s to now in terms of adding depth and quality. There are fantastic authors who are reaching out to connect with their readers, publishers doing the same and kids going YES back at them. I love seeing how my nieces have reading as a part of their life and I hope in my professional life to become someone kids know they can trust about books they like and want to read. When I was young, I read children's books and grown up books, everything I could find and I had librarians who helped me figure out my way. That's why I want to be a librarian, I also love getting to explore books as part of my life and the constantly growing world of children's literature.

2. Friendship
I consider myself a loyal friend and feel blessed for all my friends from those I've met to those I haven't. To me being a friend means doing what I can to support someone however I can, sometimes that means not doing anything. My oldest friend is someone who our mother's met while pregnant and our birthdays are both in June. Mine at the start, hers at the end and we've been close since elementary school. When we were younger, we always seemed like almost mirror images to me. She was the oldest in her family with two younger brothers and the house full of all the toys, cable and sweet snacks, I was the youngest with two older brothers and an older sister and parents who watched my television watching and had healthy food. Though I did get sneaky with the TV and they finally gave up trying to cut me off after I learned how to plug it in and they realized I read as much as I watched.

Now this friend and I have stayed in touch all over the world, she moved when we were both in high school but we're constantly visiting each other and calling and texting. I know that no matter what she's there. Then there's all the Milliways' friends and friends of friends who form my other network that I love and hope to get to see when I'm back on the East Coast. Life is short and friends make it sweet and rich.

3. Textures
Textures aren't something I'm constantly thinking about, but I'm always aware of. I play with my jewelery, touching my earrings, twisting my ring and bracelets, thinking about what's there. At the moment, I'm wearing a long silk skirt that feels light and cool and sandals that I can feel supporting my tired feet. My lips are cracked as I fiddle with them and my hair is feeling light and not heavy as I washed it yesterday.

4. Changeling
I don't recall which came first reading Charles de Lint or playing Changeling: the Dreaming, but both of them hold my idea of magic in the world. Magic where it's just out of the corner of your eyes, complicated and itself, you will be changed by it and it by you. The roleplaying games I've been proudest of running were Changeling ones. The LARP and tabletop that I ran at college, my players had their dramas but we had some great adventures. That was where I learned the great lesson of don't plan too much and trust the creativity of those around you, it's served me quite well so far.

Tiwa, [personal profile] piwakawaka my glorious fantail pooka is one of my favorite characters to play as she's a part of me. She's my creativity, my love of New Zealand and the teacher part of me all out there in the world and going, I want to know and explore and fly. The kind of stories I want to tell and write are those of magic just at the corner of your eye that gives you wings and shows you your possibility.

5. Faith
My faith is fairly simple. I was raised in the Swarthmore Monthly Meeting, which meets every Sunday in a lovely building with odd green cushions and paint on the edge of the Swarthmore campus. I spent my childhood going to First Day School, Quaker Sunday School, got marigolds on Easter, played in the pageant and after every meeting, spent time with wonderful people. One of the traditions of this meeting is after the Sunday meeting, there's brunch and everyone talks and laughs and you feel the community. That's the root of my faith, the joy of being with people, walking through lilacs and knowing that God is everywhere. I've addressed God with many names in my travels and felt his touch from Pennsylvania to jewel box churches in Greece to by the water in Wellington or with family. Faith to me means that we're all connected and have something rather strange inside us that says, yes, there is more.

I hope these answers make sense, I ended up being rather philosophical.
ceitfianna: (Inception-look sideways)
I kind of overslept today and so I'm not going to my IP class. This is the first time I've missed it this semester so I don't actually feel too odd about it. Also it ended up working out since my internship boss needed to talk to me about something. Oh and apparently its almost time to register for next semester again, where did this semester go?

Last night I had an odd dream where I was talking with two married friends and one of them was pregnant and I think we were in Auckland or Wellington. For some reason, I was doing something very important with matches, it was kind of odd.

In book news, I just finished Moonheart by Charles De Lint, which is one of his earliest works. He's one of my favorite authors because like Seanan McGuire, he really thinks about what does it mean if there was magic in the world. Sadly I didn't like this book as much as I like his authors, there are hints of his subtle touch but a lot of this really read like here's the problem and how we fix it. Also I was disappointed in his use of Celtic and Native Canadian mythology, normally he just does things so well, its odd to read him being kind of heavy handed. Though I think my biggest disappointment was in the character interactions, the two main characters both met their kind of soul mate in the Otherworld and slept with them the first night, that was so soon and such a fantasy trope, it confused me coming from him. I think I may need to reread some Newford stories to remind myself of just how good he is.

Now I'm going to finish my tea and maybe drive off to a big Halloween store since I want to try and do a better pooka and that requires good face makeup.
ceitfianna: (Maeve)
Its a very quiet Saturday and I have some reading that I should probably do for class, but I'm not in the mood to just yet. So I'll write about some of the things I've read recently.

I just finished one of Charles De Lint's newer books Medicine Road and it reminded me how really there's nothing he writes that I don't love. This one is following his love of the Southwest but seen through the eyes of two twin musician sisters from Newford and also through two cousins Alice Corn Hair and Jim Changing Dog. One of the things that struck me the most about this one was that the portrayal of Coyote made me think of [livejournal.com profile] jothra's Coyote so much and in a good way, a beautiful woman who's strong, sexy and powerful. Okay, this isn't terribly coherent, but basically I love how De Lint mixes and thinks about stories and what would it mean if these things were just below the surface of our normal world. Its why I loved old school World of Darkness Changeling's, all this magic is right there if you just know how to see it and once you've seen it you never forget it.

Also connecting with an old favorite, [livejournal.com profile] the_croupier lent me two Nightwing books, Ties That Bind and A Knight of Bludhaven, I really enjoyed them both. A bit of history might help, when I was younger and Batman: The Animated Series was on, Dick Grayson was my favorite. I even thought up some fanfiction about him and the circus and I blame him for my small circus obsession at the time. So I've been curious to actually read some of the comics with him in them mainly thanks to [livejournal.com profile] weaverandom, [livejournal.com profile] rushin_doll and [livejournal.com profile] innerbrat and their love and knowledge of the world of DC and particularly the Bat family. I think of these two series that I liked the story of Ties That Bind better since I love seeing back story and watching Dick really find his own identity. Knight of Bludhaven had an art style that I preferred since it was more dynamic though they both were suffering some poor 90s fashion choices.

Coming back to add that I just rewatched the first three episodes of Primeval and its such a good and fun show. Connor and Abby are already my favorites especially Connor. I have such a soft spot for characters who just try so hard and want to be helpful, but are still working on finding their niche. Thank you [livejournal.com profile] vivien529 for getting me to to put this on my netflix queue. Its just such a fun show with action, but great characters.
ceitfianna: (Dean time rambles on)
Today has been a good day so far. I actually got to work early and its grey and kind of pretty with all the lovely leaves falling. My discussion section was basically everyone bitching about how the expectations and grading for the 500 assignment were incredibly confusing, our poor GSI tried hard but honestly this course is just stupidly organized. The information's interesting and I think I can see one place I messed up so I will do better on the next assignment that's due this coming Wednesday, also I won't do it the night before.

There's an SI Halloween party tonight but I'm not sure about going to it. I think I'll go to my friend's party tomorrow and tonight put either Sameth or Jane in Milliways. Also I bought a microphone for my computer and I'm going to record a booktalk for Hexwood since more people should read this book and its a class assignment.

Oh and a wonderful addendum to things in general, thanks to the mailing list I'm on for YA librarians and teachers, I won a copy of a new book.

Tomorrow I will be pooka myself and enjoy Halloween but tonight I will enjoy Milliween on its first day. I love so much how a good holiday in Milliways can stretch on for days. Its very like how my family is in terms of birthdays and holidays, because usually our schedules are busy so its hard to have everyone there for everything. So you get birthday months and Christmas over a few weeks, its wonderful and one of those great things about Milliways, its hard to miss out on something since its all very flexible.

Also I'm going to do the fandom meme that's floating around. Last seen on [livejournal.com profile] doihearawaltz and [livejournal.com profile] bookelfe.

1) Post a list of up to 20 books/movies/anime/TV shows/whatever that you have been dorkily in love with at some point or other. (This is a randomly chosen and by no means complete list, as you all know very well.)

2) Have your f-list guess your favorite character/member from each item. (Some of these will be total gimmes, I am well aware! I am not exactly unpredictable . . .)

3) When someone guesses correctly, strikethrough the item and put the name of your favorite character next to it.

1-Supernatural-Dean guessed by [livejournal.com profile] alchemistseraph
2-Princess Tutu-Duck guessed by [livejournal.com profile] alas_a_llama
3-Band of Brothers
4-Discworld
5-Harry Potter

17-Buffy the Vampire Slayer-Xander guessed by [livejournal.com profile] alas_a_llama
18-Shakespeare's Comedies
19-Lord of the Rings
20-Iliad and the Odyssey

That list took longer to put together than I expected.
ceitfianna: (tea and a book)
Its far too hot today but I have a new watch band which is an accomplishment and had lunch with my mother. Now I don't plan on leaving the air conditioning for the rest of the day. I've seen this meme all over my flist and I like it so I'm going to post it.

Give me a character from any fandom you know that I know and I will tell you:
a. My favorite thing about that character.
b. My least favorite thing about that character.
c. One person I would ship them with in their own verse.
d. One crossover ship for them I think would be neat.
e. One crossover universe for them I think would be even neater.
f. Their ship from hell.
g. Their song.
h. The title of their biography or autobiography.
i. The last bad dream they had.
j. How they're gonna shuffle off the mortal coil, if they haven't already.

Then for those of you who were wondering why I was asking about madness yesterday, the story below which features my original character Tiwaa [livejournal.com profile] walksbyherself's Kite and new!Trek Bones is sort of an answer.

The image of this one just snuck into my head so I had to write it. I don't think its quite finished yet since I'd like if it had more of a setting and plot but I want to share it.

Words Meme

Today was a very good day and I now have even more neat stuff for my apartment including a toaster oven and some neat Guiness pub glasses. I've been meaning to do this meme for a bit but the holiday got in the way so I'll do it now and I'll just type up once the words I was given twice.

Reply to this meme by yelling "Words!" and I will give you five words that remind me of you. Then post them in your LJ and explain what they mean to you. (Please note: If you simply wish to comment on something I've said but don't want to participate in the meme, that is fine. I will only give you five words if you specifically comment you with 'Words!')

From [livejournal.com profile] austen Will Scarlett, Tiwa, New Zealand, Narnia, Becoming Jane

Many Words in no particular order. )
ceitfianna: (Star Trek Not Alone)
Reply to this post and I'll give you five words I associate with you. They may be serious or may be funny. This is from [livejournal.com profile] neenie and its a nice distraction since even though I think Michigan now has all my stuff I'm still all tied up in knots.

Tomorrow I'm going to volunteer at the library and then maybe go see Star Trek again. Then Friday I'll head up north to spend the weekend with [livejournal.com profile] bookelfe and probably [livejournal.com profile] rushin_doll along with lots of other fun things. My hope is that I will know about Michigan by my birthday which is June 8th, I want someone magically here to give me a back rub. Now onto the five words.

Irish I'm Irish on both sides of my family, my mother's family from Cork and we're not quite sure about my dad's since Fitzgeralds are all over Ireland. I've been to Ireland a couple of times now and its one of my favorite places in the world since its beautiful and it just feels comfortable to me. I like the idea of being connected with the word Irish.

New Zealand The three years I spent in New Zealand were a fantastic mixture of being independent for the first time in my life and almost losing it when I tried to work on my thesis. I miss it a lot especially Wellington because it was my idea of a perfect city, not terribly big, utterly walkable and right on the water. Its crazy writing this because I know that there's a lot I can say about New Zealand but I'm not quite sure where to start, it felt like home for a time and whenever I see anything about it anywhere, there's an ache.

Robin Hood I think Robin Hood was my first fandom since in elementary school, I wrote fanfiction about Will and the other men and the first story I ever told was of Will's hanging. I like to think of myself as hopeful and there's something wonderfully hopeful about the Robin Hood legend. A lot of why I love it can be traced to the N C Wyeth illustrations which created an image of a world that I wanted to go to. I grew up near a forest too and there's an incredible magic to Sherwood and the sense of old magic close by.

RP I started RPing at summer camp when I was about twelve, in this amazing game run by an Austrian guy who looked kind of like an orc, he was tall with this wonderful face. He forced us to think about character first and my half elf Bard Gwyn started at level 5 since I created a wonderful background story for her. There was also a point where he took away our character sheets and just forced us to really talk everything out. I completely fell in love since at that point I'd been doing acting and performing in various forms and this let me use a whole other type of imagination. My sophomore year of high school, my boyfriend started a Vampire Larp that went on for ages with some good and bad but I discovered White Wolf and Changeling so that by the time I went to college, I ran my own Larp. I miss Larping a lot because you can improv and dress up both of which I adore. Danii pulled me into Milliways by talking about it a lot and at first I wasn't sure who I was going to play but there was an aha moment and I started with Will. RP on LJ has made me so happy and gotten me writing again though also missing other types of RP, tabletop and Larp since the people at Milliways and the other games are just so fantastic.

Quakerism Both of my parents converted to Quakerism before I was born so I was really raised in the Swarthmore Meeting and it was a wonderful place for me. I love Quakerism because really at the heart of is we can all talk to God and there is God within us all. At the moment I'm not a full member of a meeting but I do want to be and I still identify myself as Quaker. I like how its such a wonderfully open and understanding community with not a lot of excess things attached to it. Though when I've been in places like Greece, I adore learning and enjoying the beauty and power of something like Greek Orthodoxy but I do see myself as a Quaker.
ceitfianna: (Winchester tavern)
It now feels like summer, I just came back from a walk in town and I feel sweaty and icky. Also one of the places on the canal is having a parrothead party and during my walk back a guy offered me a pass to it. That just made me grin slightly and its also nice to see Lewes bustling and full of summer crowds.

So a fun little meme from [livejournal.com profile] djcati:

Comment to this entry and I'll pick up to three of your fandoms. You must then update your journal and answer the following questions:
1. What got you into this fandom in the first place?
2. Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
3. Favorite episodes/books/movies, etc?
4. Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
5. Do you think more people should get into this fandom?

Lazy Day

Since I haven't actually accomplished anything to do with grad stuff today except sending one email, I thought that I'd post all that I can of the Tiwa plot. My players are utterly wonderful and I still want to give you guys the big ending, its just the timezone and scheduling gods have been cruel.

A mage and a vampire did plot to catch a bird and scare a Freehold as friends and allies gather. A rescue sets in motion with swords, madness of many sorts as those of mortal means full of rage and magic fight to destroy the cage.

(OOC: Not all of the threads are done but I wanted to post this since its gone on longer than I expected.)
ceitfianna: (pooka illustration)
Since Tiwa plot is on slight pause as I plot and plan some more for the added fun of Boom, I will finally answer these prompts from [livejournal.com profile] wordsthatfail. Also if anyone else wants to ask her more things or request fic or such, I'm always open to ideas since I love her world and her a lot.

Five times Tiwa didn't argue to keep the people she loved happy.

-Second time she went flying, her Mum wanted her to wait so she just nodded and said yes, Mum and went for a fly the next morning.
-After the Dauntain attack when everyone was trying to convince her and Liam and Meg to stay inside. She did the lead on the talking by saying yes though they still left.
-Every time Tane tells her that she's clearly a great catch for a guy, she just nods and agrees.
-When Tane and Liam start going on about how fighting and protecting people is clearly the best thing you can do, she just nods and plans a prank.
-If her Mum says she needs Tiwa to stay and help in the kitchen, she just nods and agrees even though usually there's something else she'd rather do.

Five times Tiwa was straightforward with Ben.

-When she was telling him about how much iron and truly dying frightens her.
-Every time she worries about him getting hurt, she doesn't dance around that.
-When she said that she could get them out of trouble after the robbery.
-Oddly enough her joke about him and Dan, she thinks they make good partners.
-When she finally spoke a bit about what she is after the robbery, she's never terribly straightforward but she was trying to be then.

ceitfianna: (cage)
I realized that it would be useful to give a rough outline of what's happened before.

First off if you haven't seen it before my start on the Tiwa novel, I really tried to frame the world here and some of the main players. Also I have the Changeling basebook in a pdf format and can post it if anyone wants a reference.

Pretty much what's happened over the course of the last few months was:

Mage and Vampire scope out Freehold one night, Tiwa and James hear them.

They then try a major attack and an earthquake hits, caused by the taniwha (guardian of the Freehold). The Fae work to fight off the Mage and Vampire and their followers, its a pretty equal fight but in the end the Fae win because its their home ground. After this Tiwa gets sick because of one of the spells that hit her.

Mage and Vampire are quiet again until they stop Meg, Liam and Tiwa on the way home from school to try and get one of them for leverage, this doesn't work.

So the next thing that will happen is they're still going to be trying to find a way to exert power over the Fae and shift things so that the Fae will have no choice but to give over the Freehold and its source of power.

I'll keep posting things as I flesh it out more, but this is the basic chronology and as things get even more detailed some of them will go up on Tiwa's journal.

Thanks for all your good thoughts everyone, things are better both with me and parents just had a hard part of the day. So since the poll tied with Will/James McAvoy and Alizee/Tiwa and I haven't made that many icons, I'm going to post them both.

Anyone is welcome to use these icons but please comment and credit if you do since I like knowing where they're going. Be warned, they're not all perfect squares just because I'm still learning how to do this so hope you enjoy.

Man on Wire

Nov. 9th, 2008 04:19 pm

I just saw an amazing beautiful film about Philippe Petit, a high wire walker who walked between the Twin Towers in 1974, it was utterly magical.

And I think found a clip of him actually doing the walking so I'm going to embed because we all need to believe in magic and hope and this is just uplifting. Men like this are why I find the idea of pooka not quite that startling.

Ack apparently the link didn't work so I'll just do a picture at least.

Alright, anyone who played Changeling, 2nd Edition. Do you know the picture by the description of a pooka, the woman who's part bird? I want that image and my book is in storage.

Does anyone know a good site where I can get a color download or just that image or who the artist is? Thanks so much.

Another Fic

The idea for this fic came from this thread and [livejournal.com profile] dynastessa, because Tiwa, my Changeling OC and slightly older James Sirius Potter work far too well together.

She had to go to bed early and I promised her fic so here it is. The setting is pretty basic, waiting for a prank to be pulled off at Hogwarts and be warned, they're rather silly.

I really like these two and love writing Tiwa, since she's not working that great in Shatter but is in mixed_muses, I've been thinking about writing about her for NaNo. Also I just really miss running Changeling and playing it.
