I finally heard back from MSN and apparently the answers I gave them weren't satisfying enough for them to believe I'm me. Its clear that its an automated message since it doesn't even tell me what's wrong. So I just wrote a really long thing with more information and making it very clear that I'm not pleased with this service and will be leaving once I can.

Today has been long and most of my afternoon work was full of complications as what's needed for the tutors comes before getting things done right.

Then I had a long walk in the cold and I want a hot shower and gah, I still have a paper to finish. The paper does have an outline and its not long just long enough. In the meantime, I also have to do a chat shift later tonight, which I'm not looking forward to. Also I realized that I signed up for a meet and greet during the day on Saturday with perspective SI students, I think it will be fun but at the moment its just one more damn thing.

Happy ETA: I just looked at the paycheck I'm getting tomorrow and its lovely. All that hard work at my internship is going to be in my bank account. One weight is off my shoulders.

Ahaha, MSN sucks. Good luck. None of the free services have customer service that's any good, and I understand their hesitation to support something people don't generally pay for, but even when we do pay for it, the service is lousy.

I used to have a paid Yahoo mail account simply so I could download to Outlook. Once gmail offered that for free, I went to cancel my Yahoo paid account... and couldn't. The screen I needed simply wouldn't load, and I must have tried it five times a day for three or four days. I finally ended up having to call them to cancel it, and when I was asked why I was canceling my paid subscription I told them I was no longer interested in paying for anything that Google provided for free and for which they did a better and more reliable job.

"Oops," said the woman on the other end of the phone. "Okay."

Yeah. Make me call you to stop paying for another year of service, guys. Oops indeed.

It's Sophia Forrester from Last Exile, which I love ridiculously dearly even if I didn't at first. I'm not going to link you to the Wikipedia article on her because it's ridiculously full of spoilers. Suffice it to say she's the 19-year-old Vice Captain of one of the air fleet's battleships, and she kicks ass.

Not hard. Geneon released it as a single set last year. I know Right Stuf has it... Was about $30 last io looked.
