Ahaha, MSN sucks. Good luck. None of the free services have customer service that's any good, and I understand their hesitation to support something people don't generally pay for, but even when we do pay for it, the service is lousy.
I used to have a paid Yahoo mail account simply so I could download to Outlook. Once gmail offered that for free, I went to cancel my Yahoo paid account... and couldn't. The screen I needed simply wouldn't load, and I must have tried it five times a day for three or four days. I finally ended up having to call them to cancel it, and when I was asked why I was canceling my paid subscription I told them I was no longer interested in paying for anything that Google provided for free and for which they did a better and more reliable job.
"Oops," said the woman on the other end of the phone. "Okay."
Yeah. Make me call you to stop paying for another year of service, guys. Oops indeed.
