X-Men Quiz and Things are looking up

A nice X-Men quiz from erinmuse, I find it interesting that I got a three way tie between Colussus, Jean Grey and Iceman, slightly odd combo there. Otherwise life is good, the weather is being slightly nicer again and while I've got lots to do for my research essay tis not that frightening. Sunny and I had a good time watching dvds last night and just talking. I miss having everyone as close by as they were at RMWC, but that was then. Trying to think what else, sadly the US lost their first World Cup match and rather badly, I hope they don't let it get to them too much, since I'd like to be proud of my team during the World Cup.

I now have tickets for Sydney, a lovely guide book and will be taking readings on Pindar with me, sounds odd but I think it will work. Oh and I"ve been reading Icelandic sagas and wishing there was a way I could do some storytelling while I"m here. And I don't mean just roleplaying storytelling, I miss getting up in front of an audience even if its just a few people and telling a story. I'm writing about storytelling for my paper but that's not the same, I love a good audience.
