Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1)Sitting outside and reading
2)Walking anywhere and thinking and occasionally singing
3)Cooking especially for and with people I love
4)Seeing a movie, in the theatre or at home doesn't matter
5)Putting on good music and dancing
6)Talking about books
7)Being held and being with Rowan
8)Drinking tea
9)Swimming, dancing, kayaking, horse-backriding, being active with something that I haven't done in a while
10)Eating something warm and yummy

I think that's everything that I can think of at the moment. What a fun thing to do. I'm having a good birthday, I had presents this morning and will have more this evening after being taken out to dinner by Rowan. Also at my work, they surprised me with a card and a book with pictures of New Zealand and all day people have been telling me Happy Birthday. Life is good.
