Rather Belated Update

ceitfiannaOne more job applied for at UPenn, and preparation is going well for my Dad's 70th birthday party this weekend. Also I'm feeling a lot healthier, not as congested and only my throat is really hurting. I've yet to here from the car place yet, but hopefully they'll call today so I can pick my car up.
The next few days are going to be really busy so I might not be on a lot since I'm in charge of dessert for the party, tonight I'm making a test chocolate cake for Dad and then tomorrow baking afghan cookies. Also on Friday night my brother and his family and sister are arriving then everyone else on Saturday. It should be a good party, but I do need to remember to wrap Dad's present and hopefully by then, my appetite will be back to normal. I hate how being sick and congested can make it so I barely taste.
Oh and I've been watching the RNC, best to know the enemy and we don't need four more years of negative, in denial government.
