Rambly Update

ceitfiannaI've been quiet since I find my body has settled into the timezone easily enough but my thoughts are moving slower. I keep meaning to write up long and complicated looks back on New Zealand but then just get worried and thoughtful.
My leaving was so disjointed that I feel like I lost track of where I was planning on starting and what I was going to say. My family has been lovely and welcoming and I got to play with my two little nieces in the snow and in about two weeks will be up north again. I could do with seeing and connecting with people my age so I'll be pinging and emailing to arrange and schedule stuff.
In the meantime, Demeter is in mixed_muses since I feel like I might be able to attempt her voice today. Oh and the run up to the oscars is amusing, even though I'm watching it with no sound and I've introduced and hooked my parents on Rome.
