Fanny sighed, why did she have to be the sensible one? There was just something about Mansfield Park that attracted the stranger parts of society. Why would anyone think that she would be the proper person to take care of a small and rather loud baby? A nurse would have to be found as well as the mother. It was a great bother as her writing was going quite well and needed more tending to.
