Keeping Time

I don't have class this evening but I have a group meeting that starts an hour before I have class. So I'm currently on campus and about to do a meme and then possibly go down into town and buy the cutest boots. They're ankle boots that lace up and so look sort of old fashioned but also have a side zip. I have horribly narrow feet and high arches and I put these on and felt supported and elegant. So I'm hoping that my size is still there I can buy them and throw out my old shoes that have holes in the soles.
Also, I will put up a holiday card address list soon, probably this weekend. I'm so sorry that I never sent out those letters I meant to when I moved in but in exchange there will be cards with my pictures of Ann Arbor on them. This first semester kind of snuck up on me and stole all my time, but soon I'll be registering for next semester and this one is down to just a few weeks left and papertime.
Now the wonderful five question meme from

I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can satisfy my curiosity
Update your journal with the answers to the questions
Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people questions
1) Recast your favorite TV show, book or movie with BoB actors. Who's who?
This one makes me giggle so I'm going to do Robin Hood, book/version in my head. James McAvoy as Will, Damien Lewis as Robin, Cudlitz as Little John, Rick Gomez as Allan a Dale, the lovely woman in Bastogne as Marian, Matthew Settle as Sir Guy since he can do badass and scary, Dale Dye as King Richard and I don't want to cast any of them as the Sheriff so I won't.
2) Are there any hobbies you want to pick up? Arts, crafts, athletics, languages, anything like that?
Oh yes to this one. I'm at this awesome university and have no time. I would love to do dancing again and theater, I miss it so much. I'm writing a paper on storytelling in children's libraries and it makes me miss performing for anyone, there's just a rush that you get in front of an audience that I haven't had in far too long.
3) What are your thoughts on tattoos? Do you have any or would you get any?
I think tattoos are absolutely beautiful but at this point in my life, I'm not sure about getting one. One of the issues is that my father really dislikes tattoos on people and I respect his opinion though I think they can be rather amazing. So for now I'm going to enjoy all the lovely ones I see and have characters who have tattoos like Tiwa.
4) What is one thing you'd like to see or experience that's really outside the ordinary? Like, for me, I've been dying to go whale-watching and see the Northern Lights since I was 5.
I went whale watching in New Zealand, its a wonderful thing to do just it helps if the sea isn't too rough that day. Hmm, I'm not quite sure of this. I feel like the answer is right there. I think performing in a professional storyteller's gathering and working at a Rennaissance Faire, they're maybe not terribly far out there but they kind of feel like it at the moment.
5) If your life was a book cover, what would be on it?
A photograph of a map with lots of things stuck on it or a road winding and wandering through some hills.
