Waiting Again
Jun. 4th, 2009 09:11 pmI'm debating emailing the man I know at Michigan to check if they have all my stuff and to find out when I might find out. The only problem is that I'm terrified to email him and that somehow I'll jinx things and in the end, they won't want me. Does anyone have any advice about graduate schools or this one in general?
I just want this so much that it keeps eating me up inside and I fear that distractions are going to be trickier to find. My birthday's coming up on Monday and honestly I don't want to be waiting but I don't want to ask and that just gets me a no.
Luckily I have some good plots to distract me and I have an idea of an OOM for Demeter to do with oracles if I can just find a Greek text I like to act as a springboard. Please send distraction, send memes or silly things and advice.
