Still Here
Sep. 6th, 2008 04:49 pmThe party is going well, yesterday family arrived and the little girls are being their wonderful adorable selves. My dad liked his present from me, a print of an old map of Lewes and healthwise I'm on an upswing.
Also in lovely news, I got my car back *snugs it*. Tomorrow when people I left and if the weather decides to calm down, its currently raining and gusting I will go somewhere.
I'm a bit tired out and my throat hurts so lots of tea and not doing too much for the party is working. Oh and it turns out the cord for my camera was in the same basket as my camera just with lots of stuff in there too. So another thing to do tomorrow is do my long delayed picture post.
Last night I read a Diana Wynne Jones called Witch's Business about a brother and a sister trying to earn some pocket money and ending up defeating a witch. A nice fun story that reminds of some of my favorites growing up like Paddington or Ramona just with magic involved, she's such a wonderful author.
