Christmas Shopping

I've been a bit sore and achey all day today and hoping I don't have a fever, that's one reason I went away for a bit. The weather is grey and windy but the city is full of people shopping and walking. I went to Te Papa and got a lot of my shopping done and then got a peppermint hot chocolate from Starbucks.

Also I had some tea in the wonderful cafe in Te Papa and read some Charles de Lint, who is one of my favorite authors ever and helped me feel better. Christmas cards will be sent out this weekend hopefully, and thanks for being patient with me.
