I haven't posted recently because I've been working on getting ready to head back to New Zealand and also reconnecting with good friends. Danii came down to visit last weekend, which was wonderful and she's convinced me to apply to milliways, so we'll see how that turns out. Also my brother Aaron came to visit from Paris, which was utterly wonderful. I've been checking off doctor's appointments and at the moment, I'm working on making my resume work for New Zealand, which involves switching placement of information but that's all. Oh and I downloaded a dvdregionfree program, but apparently it doesn't seem to work on my computer or something wrong, which is a pain. Also, I'm working on my thesis proposal and plan. Tis weird, the ideas have been bubbling in my head for a while, but just recently have I got them to a place where they make sense and I think when I write them down it will work even better. I know I can do this thesis and the trick is not to be too worried about it.
Though strangely the thing, I'm most scared of in New Zealand is Phil, since I honestly have no idea what he's been thinking about me these past three months. I sent him emails to say hello and a christmas present, but heard nothing in return. I guess I'll find out when I get there. Just as I'll see how easy it is to find a job in Wellington that will help me earn money but not take too much away from writing. Since I really want to get myself a routine for next year, work during the day, write at night and still have time for fun stuff. That's really all my news for now.
On another nice note, last night I went with my parents to see The Queen and have dinner at a wonderful Chinese restaurant in Media. The Queen was a beautiful wonderful movie, I found myself pulled into the world and just captured. I heartily recommend it. Now back to getting ready.
