Happy Thanksgiving!

I think using Demeter is appropriate since she's so good at just living in the moment. I'm so grateful to all my new and old friends, the connections and dreams and wonderful things I've found.

This time last year I was in Wellington, feeling worn and alone but now I'm on my way towards being on my own and will get there. Now to cook lots and lots and enjoy my family and later friends.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! Our turkey is in the oven as well, and the Nazgul will come over after her kendo class to have Thanksgiving dinner with my Atlanteans and me.

The cats are eating the innards that came inside the turkey. All are happy!

Turkey's in the oven here, little girls are full of energy and I made an awesome pumpkin chocolate pecan cake.

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving! Cooking later in the day here when my mom gets back. Doing a roast for dinner.

Also planning my route, looking more like it's easier to just drive down. Also gonna have GPS because I neeed it.

That sounds great, well let me know if you need any help with directions since its pretty easy but does have some not always easy bits.

Ooh GPS that sounds really useful and a roast sounds good. Christmas is when we do more unusual things though over the years the turkey's gone through some crazy stuff.

Are you planning on coming down on Friday or Saturday? Just so we know what to plan aerobedwise and all?

Figuring Friday since coming back on Saturday will still be lighter with traffic then on Sunday
