Making Caramel is Hard.

So I just spent the last hour and change making a carmelized tomato tart from the nytimes and I think I did everything right except the part where there's caramel.

I think that the combo of everything is going to taste really good but um a little more complicated than I expected.

Caramel is hard. Anything with sugar is.

It was really tasty just not quite what I expected it to be. I took a picture so I'll post it at some point.
