Just watched the last episode of the first season. OMG so utterly, utterly good just they got that something about the Ancient World which is so hard to explain and that is the reason I'm a classicist. I'll just be trying to read the Chronicles of Amber and sleep just gah so good.

ETA Just received cards from arkadyevna, dynatessa and varadia, thank you all so much and I can read all of your handwriting, mine is much worse.
