ceitfiannaI've been busy lately and just had a wonderful walk to the mall and got pictures from Thanksgiving and a new sleepshirt with Serenity on it. And in the same movie store I found the first 27 episodes of Talespin on dvd, those of you who know me from RMWC and other places, know how much I love this show. My first year at Randy-Mac, I bought all the videos that Disney had released of it on ebay, but I never found the pilot and this has them all. So lots of happiness. Tonight, I'm going with my parents to have dinner with my brother Robert and his family and will be making shortbread of some sort for it.
Let's see, any other news, I have my plane tickets and now need to bug the international people to find out if I can get out of attending all of orientation again since I did it once before. To friends in Wellington, I will be arriving on February 15th at around 10:30 in the morning. And to friends in the US, I will be leaving the US on February 13th and going through Los Angeles, I don't know if it would be possible to see you, Sarah, but maybe I could give you a phone call as I pass through. Date: 2007-01-12 07:49 am (UTC)In short, I will most probably be in Philly from the 6th or the 7th for... uhhhh... a few days. One of my tranny roommates is finally getting her orchiotomy done there on the 7th, and I've been talked into going along for a few days since it's "outpatient" there, and she's totally not staying in a hotel after that recouping alone.
