Yup and they do have other options, a lot of teachers let them eat in their rooms, there's the hallway and a student life center. The library just at the moment has tables which can far too easily become lunch tables.
I'm hoping to do a little moving to change the feeling, the tables I think will take longer to get rid of, but I'll make it feel less like a study hall/meet up area.
