ceitfiannaI just tried out a Bollywood dance exercise video and it made me realize how much I've missed dance. In undergrad, I fulfilled my PE credits by taking a modern dance class which I loved. We had the most amazing guest teachers and I wish I could remember all of them because some of them were well known. At the end of every class, I'd be sore as I walked up the hill to campus from the gym but it felt wonderful. I did theater in middle school and high school and while I was never a great singer, I loved the physicality of getting into a character and dancing. Live performance and dance are things that have been aching inside me and this came a little closer to filling that hole.
Work today was tiring and I ended up leaving early as I finished up another round of games and books and ran out of labels. Then I braved Trader Joe's and now have lots of food supplies. There's tons of progress on getting my intership credits sorted but the other class stuff is being really slow. I've emailed people but haven't heard back, but I'm not going to give up. I would love any suggestions about what else might work. Worst case scenario, I take a summer class as opposed to graduating in May.
Now I've been meaning to do this for a while but life sort of whacked me. Here are another two rounds of the icon meme. If you'd like five more icons for yourself just comment with meme me.

I'm a complete Ron and Hermione shipper, I love how awkward and real their relationship feels. I know its not perfect but the fanfiction that got me into reading fanfic was Ron/Hermione over on the Sugarquill. At some point I realized that I didn't have any Harry Potter icons and saw this one and went yes. Also I like the sentiment because I'm that way as a friend, I'll be on your side no matter what.

14valentines, someone had linked to this beautiful post of word icons. This is the one I put up when life is being too much to remind myself that some of it is nonsense.
This is my favorite moment of Inception. I love the idea of dreams and what they can do and was disappointed that the movie didn't take them farther. One reason I love playing Tiwa is that she lives on the border of dreams.
I like having pup icons and Sameth and Kait are one of my favorite Milliways' couples I've been a part of. I made this icon and while its simple, it captures a lot of the reasons why they work. They're both noble and aware of duty so they seem to hold themselves back but given the chance, they'll shine so much.
When I was growing up, I had a tiger kitty named Charlie who looked rather like this. I spotted this base on one of my icon comms and had an idea for this. Its my bullshit icon and I don't use it very much but I love that cat's face.

In canon, Sameth has a mechanical winged frog that he made for his mother. Its one of the reasons I love him, because its such a fascinating idea. So when I was getting ready to app him, I started looking for things that would look like what he makes. Saph pointed me to this frog on a Steampunk site and it just worked so well. I love the look on the frog's face.
I picked this icon up when I was preparing for my road trip to Michigan and it seems to fit a lot of where I am in my life. The end of the journey is not really an end but instead just over the horizon.
I needed a cooking icon so I went looking for fun images and found this one. I'm a huge fan of chocolate and licking the spoon or whisk is one of the best parts of cooking.
doihearawaltz made this icon of Mathieu Amalric and I love his concentration and the lighting. Its become my default sometimes I'm a photographer icon.
I lived in Wellington, New Zealand for two years and absolutely fell in love with it. There's a beautiful waterfront, you can walk everywhere and hills that climb towards the sky. I wish I could somehow make it closer to the United States and where all my family is, because I loved living so much.
