Finding the Leeward Shore

Normally I'm happy to walk through rain to get to class but there's impressive thunder and lightning out there so I'm staying inside. My grant draft is pretty much done though its not terribly good and very much an outline. I have a feeling it will be less than my group mates but I'm okay with that, as I'm happy with my idea and the details require planning.

Work went pretty well, I've added another hour to my Sunday shift and I'm ready to apply for my first job. On my way home, I used a generous coupon at Borders to pick up After the Golden Age by Carrie Vaughn as I wanted to try a new author.

Life is good but I'm feeling tired since this past week was so up and down due to how the heat hit my health. I hope this storm cools things down a lot.
