Good news, I have a mentor and my birthday is tomorrow. I don't feel nearly as awake as I'd like to and I have to work the last shift at the library tonight. So after filling this out, I'm going to get caffeine and more food. Panera is a nice place to sit, but their drinks are too sugary and their sandwiches aren't that special.

16. I am wearing...a pretty shirt with blue leaves on it and my sort of dress pants from Eddie Bauer. I need to go shopping.

20. I am hoping that...this second meeting will go well.
21. People/things that brightened my day...the wonderful woman who will be my mentor, the fact that its not too hot and talking to my parents.
22. An idea/goal...settle my internship and do something fun and silly for my birthday.
23. On my desk I have...I'm not at my desk since I'm on a campus computer. But my desk at home has modem, router, laptop, various odds and ends, the Yrael that Saph made for me and lots of pens.
24. One of my favourite things today is...the pretty weather.
25. Here is a photo I'd like to show...this is Lake Rotorua in the North Island of New Zealand, I took this picture during my first year in New Zealand. This summer I've just been missing New Zealand a lot. When I was walking home from work last night, I smelled fries and had a sudden craving for fish and chips and the windy and rainy weather feels so much like Wellington, I'm sort of homesick for it.
