Another Icon Meme

Its kind of chilly out today so even though its April, I'm wearing a turtle neck. I'll really like it when it actually feels properly like Spring here in Michigan. So far work today has been quiet and things ended up sorted out last night, I had the date right but the school software didn't match up.

I'm going to start up that other icon meme since I happen to find icons fascinating and one of the best parts of livejournal.

I found this icon on one of the stock icon comms that I follow and I love it for its simplicity and how it captures how far words can take you.


Around the time of the election, I realized that I didn't have an American flag icon and I love how hopeful this one is so grabbed it.


This is one of the few holiday icons I have and I love the combination of cute kittens and pretty Christmas stuff. Also some days all you want to do is curl up into someone else.


I love Jane Austen and the miniseries of Pride and Prejudice is one of my favorite adaptations so when I saw this icon I had to grab it. I don't use it very often but it makes me smile.


Mainly because of dynastessa, I watched almost all of the first season of Gossip Girl and it was silly and made me smile. I love this icon, because to me that's what real friendship looks like, being comfortable around each other.


I realized at a certain point that I didn't have a drinking icon and I hadn't seen any that I liked. So I went wandering around Google Images and found this one, which works because I love a good stout and the design behind it is just pretty.
