Nov. 4th, 2008 03:49 pmI voted this morning at around 10 am and I'm now home with tea and the TV turned on to follow the progress of the election. I'm going to finally do the icon meme since I actually can do it and its open for whoever wants it though I know it went around not too long ago. At the moment I'm rather terribly nervous along with the rest of my flist and so will do distracting things like this pretty meme.

I don't think I'll cut this since more pretty will break up the political nervousness I think.
moofoot made this icon in a bunch of stock icons and I picked it up since its a hopeful way of thinking about where I'd like to be, taking wing into a good place.
This is the Pirate King and Becca made this icon for me and I called it Pirate King adulation since he's so joyful and fun loving and it makes me smile.
These are both connected to a character who's a pooka named Tiwa that I play over in mixed_muses, she can turn into a fantail and has a wonderful playful magic about her. The PB is named Alizee and just that icon to me is very much being silly and confused. Feathered face is from an amazing icon community called mignolagraphics and to me it just captures pure, beautiful magic.
This is a quote from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Aslan says it to Peter right after he's killed a wolf who's attacking the girls. I happen to have a really awful temper though it takes a lot for me to to really lose and this is a reminder to me when I'm pissed to properly deal with it.
Becca made me this icon and I like it because I used to play the flute and also its slightly classical.
