A Bit of a Sag

My goal for today is to write and hopefully send out two rather different cover letters, one for an Administration Assistant at UPenn and another for a volunteer manager at Winterthur.

So far one is written and now I'm editing it, I just would feel so much better if I'd heard from any of these places I sent my resume to.

I think I'm worn from worry and thinking about this while also trying to get a bit of freedom for myself.

So I'd love a bit of distraction in the midst of doing all this, which means this is a request for fic prompts or music mixes, just something creative while I'm writing.

I just emailed the cover letter and resume for UPenn.

Now I'm going to exercise a bit to hopefully get me out of this funk before I consider the other one since that job's a bit of a stretch for me but I know I can do it just have to convince them.

Good News!!

That resume and cover letter, I just sent off. I was just called back and had a half hour long conversation with someone I'd be working closely with and she said I'm at the top of the list.

Probably tomorrow I'll get an email about doing a first interview at the start of next week. She was so nice and this sounds like the kind of place I want to work.

Exercising also made me feel good and now I think I may shower and tomorrow I'll see about getting my hair cut and deal with my nails just yay.
