Nature is Scary

The sky just opened up with a huge storm here and I slept really late and found the whole day just dark. Though in happy news I bought myself some fun things to celebrate getting my driver's license on amazon, I bought the third and fourth Cherstomanci books which I haven't read and Atton's canon along with a logbook for my car.

Another fun thing is I ordered my new bag so hopefully it'll get here by my birthday, this is it, its a real step up and hopefully will last me for many years and help me look professional when I do job interviews.

Not too much else is going on, watched the end of Band of Brothers yesterday and Last King of Scotland, both were good and breaky, it was interesting I found the movie powerfully done and sort of liked that even the main character wasn't terribly sympathetic. He just got pulled into the mix of the world and Amin and never really was in control even when he thought he was. Another way of showing just how good an actor James is in my mind and I think I wouldn't mind having the soundtrack to it since the music was so full of life and action.

Also at the end of today I can app Tumnus which is a happy thought but for now I'm just going to listen to the storm.
