Still Here
May. 10th, 2008 01:10 pmI haven't been updating too much since my life has been pretty quiet after my various traveling. I've been driving every day in my new car and tomorrow I'm going to make a Moroccan tangine for my mother, also I'm hoping to get her and my dad to see Iron Man sometime this next week.
Also this is a request for folks on the East Coast. My birthday is June 8th and I haven't had a good celebration for a while, so I was thinking about having a party down here which is Lewes, Delaware on the weekend after my birthday.
Now by the time this party happens I will have my license so I can pick people up. During the summer its easier to get down to Lewes because of the Cape May-Lewes ferry but also the Delaware buses actually come all the way down here. I would love to see anyone who can make it and we have sofa beds and aerobeds and plenty of space too.
If you're not sure where Lewes is, its right next to Rehoboth Beach and about forty miles north of Ocean City, MD and across the water from Cape May.
Oh and I think my Tumnus headvoice is staying but I have no idea what would be a good username for him, I have some ideas but probably later today I'll be checking what's available. So any ideas would be much appreciated, also any good sites for Narnia icons.
Another nice thing is that my resume is getting put into shape so that hopefully after I have my license I can start the process of finding a job.
