A good surprise
Apr. 6th, 2008 01:09 pmJonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell is a book I keep picking up and reading again and again and I found a copy for five dollars at the library when I got my card.
Well I opened it up last night and found out the author had signed it so that was a wonderful little surprise.
This is a book I recommend to anyone who loves Napoleonic era stuff and magic.
Also last night, we went up to Bryn Mawr to hear a concert conducted by a good friend so that was really nice and I figured out how to make wonderful rosemary scones.
Today is grey and rainy so I will be about all day.
