Internet Grumbles

I'm going to get a six month extension on my masters so I can just relax for a bit, tomorrow my advisor and I are going to fill out the paperwork for it. But argh, I have my laptop back but internet is so bloody expensive.

I've spent more in the past few days on internet than in the past two months just *headdesk*. Wireless at Starbucks is nice but 10 dollars for an hour, god no. At the info centre, 5 dollars gets me an hour and change and nice computers but they're not open that late and the campus charges 15 cents for just browsing. I'm so ready to be done with this.

So I kind of won't be on as much tomorrow since I spent 40 dollars on internet today and that makes my head and wallet hurt a lot.

Though in other good news, I was able to take a huge haul of books to Arty Bees and get 31 dollars back so that's good. I really wish my parents would respond to my emails, because I kind of need money, this fire has thrown my budget and plans horribly out of whack.

Right, so I need distractions that don't require much internet access so please tell me stuff to write. I'll take requests for drabbles, fics, whatever, something we've discussed briefly, get me writing.

I want a massage!!

Well, I discovered that I won't be living in Stafford before I leave. At 9 am tomorrow, all of us who are moving out this weekend and next week have to pack up all our stuff and haul it up to Weir House.

Luckily most of my heavy stuff that's not going with me is gone so really its packing clothing and just random stuff, cleaning fridge and general apartment stuff. I know they're doing their best but damn it, I'm ready to be home.
