Belated Picture Post

ceitfiannaI'm about to start making a Moroccan tangine for my Mother's day and I figured that I'd finally post a long belated picture post. Most of this is Michigan and my father's art opening mixed in with a really pretty art shot.
The prompt meme is still open if anyone wants to poke me for some fic while I wait to hear back from Michigan. So far the coming week is going to be good, I'm going to go see Star Trek with my parents and the weather finally feels beautiful and warm. Also my birthday is coming up in less than a month and I'm thinking about actually doing a trip at the end of May while my parents are off at a festival.
This is at my dad's opening and I'm really happy with how the picture turned out. I'm going to put the rest under a cut just to make them easier to look at.

Where I soon hope to be spending a lot of time, West Hall at the University of Michigan, its a really beautiful campus.

Also because I can't pass by quality neo classical architecture without taking a picture, more Michigan.
An art shot that I took of the shadow of some tulips and one of my father's sculptures. I just realized that I haven't uploaded any pictures of my Easter bread yet but I'll post them when I do.
Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers on my flist and I hope everyone is having a good day connecting with their families.
