If you used Paint (I did!), 'write' the text off of the picture- but first set the default background color to something that matches the area where you're going to move the text. (For yours, either blue or grey.) Pick your text color, type it out on top of the new default color. Then when you pick it up and move the text, use the option that only picks up what's on top, and leaves the background transparent.
When using Paint, I tend to get a 'halo' of background color around the text, even when I pick it up and move it, so using a default background color similar to where I'm going to put the text makes the halo blend in to its new background.
