ceitfiannaI just found out that I didn't get the Swarthmore job but oddly it might have given me a good hint. I'm thinking about calling the staffing agency I went to the test for since its based in Delaware County and also calling back Kelly Services since they really haven't been terribly helpful. I think one reason I'm hopeful was that my fortune from the Chinese place was Your success will astonish others. and its hard not to have a bit more hope after reading something like that.
In the meantime, I have the makings for my holiday cookies and ways to send them though it will be a surprise who gets them since they're a bit pricier to send out.
Also oddly, I've got a song from Swing Time stuck in my head which really fits, 'Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, start all over again.' I have also learned that the Supernatural soundtrack makes for really great driving music and tomorrow may go see a movie if I can find one I like.
Now since this has been floating around my flist and I like the idea, request some drabbles; Five times [character] [situation] *and one time they didn't.
My fandoms are Robin Hood, Narnia, Greek Mythology, Pirates of Penzance, Changeling: the Dreaming, Harry Potter, Becoming Jane and I count all RP stuff too.
