Rain in Wellington

Its raining in Wellington, this actually makes me happy, I love Wellington in the rain and even took pictures since its pretty.

Also I slept for about twelve hours, that was wonderful. Got an update at dinner and apparently they're in the process of cleaning and repairing the building but don't want to say a day for sure of when we'll be allowed back.

Possibly this weekend or not, they don't want to tie themselves down I think which makes sense. We do get to go back in at set times tomorrow for a half an hour to grab more stuff.

I'm debating what to pick up. I think I'll leave my laptop for a bit since I can manage okay with other stuff. Instead I will fill a bag with books to sell, stuff to send home and my other pants since these jeans have a hole in one of the seams.

I got a response email from my advisor today too, saying she agrees I need a break and when can she meet with me to figure out the administrative stuff that entails.

I'm feeling hopeful and I love watching wind and rain in Wellington, it makes me happy. Nine days till I'm on a plane back home!!
