Star Trekkin'!!

I just saw Star Trek and I really needed that, such a good movie, it woke up my not terribly dormant trekkie side. There's some progress with the transcript and its now out of my hands as the various schools are going to talk to each other and figure things out.

I'm not going to put any spoilers in this entry just say that honestly, that movie capture all that I love about Trek and now I wish that I'd written that crazy crossover of Will and TNG, maybe I will someday. Wonderfully, I get to see Trek again tomorrow night with my parents and I think its just going to be better the second time.

Also I stopped at the store on the way back home and got the makings for hopefully a lovely pasta dish.

Oh it really was, the music, the look, the acting, it all just worked and was shiny, also I happened to see it with more of a crowd than I expected which made it fun.

Also question, I'm thinking about tagging Hannibal but I'm not sure with who. I can offer Will or Demeter.

Oh, ooh, a Will and TNG crossover fic? You should seriously write that! You know I'd read it. :)

I need to put Sariel in the bar again at some point, either today or tomorrow. Expect a (possibly, though it's looking more and more likely as time goes on) rule 24 plot afflicted!helmsman to appear soonish.

Yup, it was an idea I just had years ago but Milliways really has reawakened the fic and crossover bug in me.
