I think finding my own place will help a lot. Where I'm currently staying, I have to walk through her living room to get to my room. And all the orientation and meeting stuff requires a lot of hello, this is who I am. I enjoy it but it leaves me feeling like I want to be a hermit at the end of the day.

Though I do love it as the mix of people is great and it will be even more as the students get involved. I think I'm just still in moving/adjusting mode as well as new job, so lots of things to process.
