I approve of massages! Such great mind-body therapy.

I hope you can hit on a walk-in appointment! I always schedule in advance, here; the awesome lady who I've been seeing for the last couple of years is usually booked at least a couple of weeks out, so every time I see her, we always pencil me in for another massage in five to six weeks, depending on both our schedules. Saturday, in particular, is the spa's busiest day -- even though I've been going there for years, now, for haircuts, pedicures, and massages, and everyone's always super sweet, it can be tough to wrangle a same-day slot. (But, the earlier you call to check, the better; they may have had a last-minute cancellation.)
