I did a really quick batch of scones from the Joy of Cooking and they're to make sure I have something tasty to munch. And there's just something satisfying about baking in the midst of a lot of other things because I can enjoy the scones now.

I'm expecting to end up someplace where good breakfast isn't really a given and this way I have food.
